With over 30 years of experience in middle management, business development, and over 20 years in ministry, I’ve had the privilege of working across a wide range of sectors. My expertise includes strategic planning, branding, marketing, website development, and graphic design. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to help small to mid-sized businesses, nonprofits, and faith-based organizations grow and succeed. As the co-founder and pastor of In God's Hands Ministries, I am deeply committed to providing spiritual guidance, fostering community outreach, and overseeing organizational management. Additionally, I founded Poetic-Impressions, where I offer personalized and specialized poetry for all occasions, and Elev8d Designs, a consulting and design firm focused on helping businesses achieve their goals through tailored solutions. I strive to maintain a leadership style built on integrity, strong relationships, and a genuine desire to see others succeed. Whether collaborating with church officials on youth programs or advising businesses on growth strategies, I am committed to excellence and always approach my work with thoughtfulness and care.
