QmeLocal from Qme Spotlight Ecosystem is committed to making QmeLocal usable by people with disabilities and to improving accessibility as the platform evolves. Qme’s practical product target is alignment with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for core public and authenticated experiences, recognizing that accessibility is an ongoing engineering and content practice rather than a one-time certification.

Provider and Product Identity

Qme Spotlight Ecosystem owns and operates QmeLocal, including qmelocal.com and related applications, portals, APIs, integrations, AI-enabled features, communications tools, marketplaces, and services. References to “Qme,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Qme Spotlight Ecosystem; references to “QmeLocal,” the “Platform,” or the “Services” mean the QmeLocal SaaS product and related services.

1. Accessibility Practices

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive controls.
  • Semantic headings, labels, form instructions and meaningful error messages.
  • Color contrast and non-color cues designed to support readability.
  • Alternative text and accessible names for meaningful images and controls where Qme controls the content.
  • Responsive interfaces intended to support zoom and common assistive technologies.
  • Accessibility review as part of new component design, QA and significant releases.

2. Third-Party and Customer Content

QmeLocal integrates third-party services and hosts customer- or user-supplied content. Qme may not control the accessibility of every embedded service, file, link, video, document or customer-created page. Qme encourages portal owners and content publishers to create accessible content and may provide tools or guidance to assist them.

3. Known Limitations and Continuous Improvement

Some complex dashboards, legacy components, third-party integrations, generated documents or newly released features may not yet meet every accessibility objective. Qme prioritizes reported barriers based on impact, scope and technical feasibility and may provide an alternative method of access while remediation is underway.

4. Requesting Assistance or Reporting a Barrier

If you have difficulty using QmeLocal, identify the page or feature, describe the barrier, and tell us the assistive technology or browser involved if you are comfortable doing so. Qme will use the information to investigate and, where feasible, provide an accessible alternative or remediation path.
