Dr. Rico, Founder of Elite Pro Med, is passionate about health and wellness at every level--especially when it comes to sports and the art of performance. After being a track and field athlete for more than 15 years and an athletic coach for more than 10 years, Dr. Rico found a love for wanting to educate athletes on proper health and wellness. 

In addition to his work as a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, he has fined tuned his education with athletes in mind by earning a BA in Sports Management, BS in Professional Health Studies, Master's degree in Sports Science and a Master's and Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He has also completed advanced training in homeopathic injection therapy, myofascial cupping and IASTM certification (RockTape), BLS  (American Heart Association) and EKG Technician training to better support athletes for peak performance through rehabilitation of acute and chronic injuries.

Elite Pro Med LLC was founded in 2016 and brought to vision in 2020. 
 

Each session at Elite Pro Med begins with a thorough review of the patient. Based on that review, our staff of experts will then determine the best treatments for each individual.
