Koach Kam LLC is a Los Angeles-based, Black woman-owned consulting and coaching enterprise founded by Kamika "KD" Dillard. Drawing on over a decade of corporate experience at Microsoft, where she led customer experience strategy as a Program Manager. KD built Koach Kam LLC to bring enterprise-grade coaching, consulting, and training to individuals, small businesses, and communities that need it most.

The company operates across four brands: Koach Kam (executive coaching and business strategy), 30 Day Test Prep (academic coaching and exam preparation), Fail Forward Coaching (resilience and personal development), and The Koach Kam Academy (workforce development and professional training). Services are delivered virtually and in-person throughout the greater Los Angeles area and nationally.

Koach Kam LLC is a federally registered entity (SAM.gov UEI: YK22ES5AEX19), actively pursuing WOSB and SBA 8(a) certifications to expand its capacity to serve government and institutional clients.
