My name is Shavera Howard, and I am the founder of SYLA Mobile Notary Services and SYLA Tags N Title LLC in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. As a Black woman entrepreneur and commissioned Pennsylvania notary public, I have built my business around professionalism, convenience, and personal service.
I recently completed my first four-year notary commission term, gaining experience serving individuals, families, and businesses through mobile notarizations, real estate document signings, apostille support, and remote online notarization. My work brings me into important moments in clients’ lives, where accuracy, patience, and dependable service matter.
I am now working to expand through SYLA Tags N Title LLC, with plans for a dedicated office offering notary and vehicle title and registration services. Business funding would help me establish and equip the location, strengthen operations, and reach more customers. My goal is to build a sustainable, trusted local business that makes essential document services more accessible to my community.
