Community Builders Academy

Community Builders Academy is a talent development institute that closes the skills gap that has continued to steadily widen, hurting prospective workers, businesses, and the economy. Our character building and workplace readiness modules strengthen future candidates’ industry experience, while others have not received the required training or lack the basic skills to fill open positions.

Our learning community for S.T.E.M.C², Entrepreneurship, and Civic Engagement provides sustainable pathways to assemble more hands-on-deck for collective impact in a student’s life. CBA thrives when students cultivate a legacy of intergenerational leadership that produces generational wealth.
