As a young adult, I’ve seen firsthand the
challenges youth in our communities
face—gun violence, mental health
struggles, peer pressure, and a lack of
opportunity. But I’ve also seen the
power of what happens when young
people are believed in, supported, and
given a voice. That’s why I’ve made it my
mission to be part of the change. I am
passionate about youth development
because I believe in creating spaces
where young people are:
Heard without judgment, Guided with
mentorship, and Empowered to lead,
learn, and grow.
