The UNION is the achievement of the following objectives:
Establish an organization that represents migrant workers in the United States, regardless of their origin or nationality, in collective bargaining for the benefit of members. Promote the moral, social and economic well-being of all members. Protect and defend the individual and collective rights of all members. Promote harmonious and progressive worker-employer relations.
Strive for the adoption of legislation, policies and other measures that promote the economic, social and general well-being of all members in particular, and of the working class in general.
Promote the knowledge of all members regarding their rights, and obligations as union members and as workers, the current labor relations systems, the existing collective bargaining agreement (CNA) and all other matters that directly and indirectly affect the union.
