ROBERT DIXON is a native of Savannah Ga he founded Youth Empowerment Outreach Inc based off mistakes and actions he committed as a young adult. So Youth Empowerment Outreach is a non profit organization that helps changes the negative actions and thoughts of youth in the community. Robert also serve as a board member for his neighborhood association. Youth Empowerment Outreach also teaches the importance of Community Service by going out in the community and being a helping hand.
